The Electric Steam Tilting Kettle has a double wall interior
that forms a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the
kettle. The jacket enclosure has distilled water which is
factory sealed and the bottom of the Kettle has a
hemispherical design for superior heat circulation. The
Kettle is supported on an all welded frame of 1-5/8"
diameter stainless steel pipe with legs fitted with 4 hole
adjustable flanged feet for securing to the floor. The
Kettle can tilt forward a full 90 degrees for complete
emptying. The tilt mechanism is self locking for positive
stop action. The Kettle has removable elements and operates
in a temperature range of 165F to 285F at a maximum pressure
of 50 psi.
